A new mold costs $2,000 to $5,000, and takes 30 to 60 days before production can even begin. That means before a single unit reaches your warehouse, you've already spent thousands on tooling and more than a month on lead time.

Even if nothing's a perfect fit off the shelf, we can often modify an existing tool rather than start from scratch – a slightly deeper reflector, a narrower trim ring, an adjusted heat sink.

These changes cost a fraction of a new mold and shave weeks off the timeline. Often, the end result is visually and functionally identical to a custom-built part – just arrived at by a smarter path.
